For nearly 20 years, as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health & Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women through some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. Along the way, I've witnessed something that never sat right with me: too often, women's symptoms are minimized, their concerns are rushed, and their health is treated as an afterthought.I knew there had to be a better way. So I decided to hold the standard higher.
