Our Story
Evalyn Health was built from nearly 20 years of holding women through their most vulnerable moments. In birth rooms, in exam rooms, and in every space where women deserve to be believed and too often are not. Working with hundreds of women navigating HRT and hormone optimization revealed the same gaps over and over. Protocols built on averages rather than individual biology. Nobody looking at genetics. Nobody addressing the gut hormone connection.
Women who had been on HRT for years and still not optimized. We built Evalyn Health to fill those gaps completely. We integrate functional genetics, gut health, HRT, and peptide therapy into care that is truly personalized to your biology.
